Delivery and Pickup Options

Customers can choose between shipping their orders or picking them up directly from our restaurant.

Shipping:

Orders are shipped via Kuroneko Yamato’s Cool-TA-Q-BIN (cash-on-delivery) service from Kyushu. Shipping fees vary by region and are paid directly by the customer upon delivery. Please refer to the Kuroneko Yamato Delivery Rate Guide for detailed rates.

Pickup:

Customers may opt to pick up their orders in-store at our Fukuoka location. No additional shipping fees apply for pickup orders.

Delivery Time
Delivery times depend on the shipping status and destination area. Pickup orders should be ready within the specified time during your order confirmation.

Payment Method

We accept credit card payments only for pickup orders. For shipping orders, payment is handled through Kuroneko Yamato’s Cool-TA-Q-BIN (cash-on-delivery) service.

We conduct thorough quality checks before shipping. However, if any discrepancies or defects are found in the product upon delivery, please contact us immediately. We will replace the items free of charge.

Due to the perishable nature of our chilled products, we kindly ask for your understanding that returns or exchanges due to customer preferences are not accepted.
